Shipping Information:

REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

No return will be accepted without prior written approval by Backyardfunandleisure.com. Requests for returns should be sent to sales@backyardfunandleisure.com. Any returned product has to be in resalable condition, otherwise no credit will be issued. Customer will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Also, all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Plastics(slides, roofs, panels, etc) cannot be returned under any condition since they are specially made to order.

Any request to cancel an order must be made to and acknowledged by Backyardfunandleisure.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests should be made to sales@backyardfunandleisure.com.

If an order is cancelled after product has shipped, the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges and processing fees. Fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Customer should inspect all goods upon arrival before signing Bill of Lading sheet. Note any damaged or defective goods on the Bill of Lading sheet and please call customer service at 281-345-1997 immediately to report.

DO NOT refuse the shipment - this will result in shipping charges.

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced upon return if item is available. You must phone customer service before returning to acquire return shipping label.

All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. BackyardFunAndLeisure.Com does not offer or imply any warranty. BackyardFunAndLeisure.Com expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of an item sold by us.

Backyardfunandleisure.com and our affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that the product descriptions, availability or other content is completely accurate, reliable or error free. We reserve the right to correct all such mistakes to any aspect of a product at any time without notice.

Product colors and images may vary based on camera angle, lighting, monitor quality or other circumstances beyond our control. Products returned due to color variances will be subject to stated return policy.

In the event that a price is incorrect due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed with the incorrect price whether or not an order has been confirmed or payment made. In the event a payment has been made, we will immediately issue a refund for the amount of the charge and you will be notified.

SHIPMENTS:

We will use various shippers and methods and ship from various parts of the United States. Most product ship within 5-7 days of order. All orders are checked prior to shipment. Title passed to purchaser upon acceptance by shipper or carrier. Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier, and all claims for loss or damage during shipping must be filed with the carrier.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

We require a minimum purchase of $29.00 per transaction.
